You could simply register an account and password so nobody can fake your name. That's been working pretty well for me.

Right, but that's immediately recognizeable as not me. Regardless of which name you use anonymously, a registered account is unique to the user.

If you want to claim victory on the grounds that you can "fake my name," that's fine, I guess I didn't properly articulate my point, so here:

Registration helps prevent impersonation. Sure, you can slap another name on your post, but it's clearly not the same user without the registered profile attached. You've typed my name into a box, but you haven't really accomplished much else.

You say such stupid things! You always try to analyze everything everyone says like you think you're an English professor or something!

Off subject again, I see! The sub. was bad tenants. It's called screening, and references. do your job as the owner-operater, and you wouldn't get low life living in your rentals. For crying out loud! It's not hard or illegal to ask for references. Write up a great tenant agreement. Go online to find them. Put in them what you expect from them. A good tenant will read it and talk to you about any concerns. Stop crying on here! It confirms what others already know!

This is pretty decent reasoning. If you're a good landlord and do the job right, delinquent tenants shouldn't really be too much of a problem. Not frequently, anyway.

Okay I have seen this happen many times. People will give you false information in regards to tenant references. Many times I have asked for their present landlords name and phone number and when I call their present landlord they give me false information, for example they say the tenant is good at paying the rent on time, and they are good at keeping the place clean. I soon learn after renting to them that they do not pay their rent on time and are very bad at keeping the place clean. The reason this happens is because many times it is so hard to evict a tenant and can take a long period of time to do so, and so their present tenant just wants to get the tenant out of their place that they rent. In other words pass the bad tenant on to someone else so they no longer have to deal with the problems.

If the goverment wants to support people on welfare. There should be goverment housing for them to live in. like the old 801s. group them all together. the police would have most of their work in one place. there should be goverment food stores also. they live where they are told and they eat what they are told. it wouldnt be as good for them as it is now. if they dont like it too bad. they would have more incentive to get on their own. when things are given to you you take what you get. the problem of bad renters would decline a good bit. I know welfare people arent the only dishonest and dirty people. and i know not all welfare people are dishonest and dirty. like pit bulls not all are mean. but many are.

Daily Horoscope for June 18

Leo

It's one of those nice days when you feel gregarious and light-hearted, ready to have some fun whenever you get the chance. Ideally, you should arrange to see some friends or do anything else that will make you feel good. It's also a great day for taking part in a group activity, in which case you may be asked to take a starring role, even if it's only for a short time.
