No it is not a crime to take your child to Disney World but it is a crime to do so on money you stole and an ID you stole! That defense attorney is crazy if he thinks that the statement that it is not a crime to take a kid to Disney will hold up in court, what is this guy a Jr League Attorney?

What this woman did was wrong, end of story. She could not face a situation on her own so chose to traumatize her daughter in the scheme of things, she deserves to stay in jail and do a little thinking about how wrong she was.
