I am trying to locate a friend of mine from Visalia, when I last spoke to him on the 10th of Oct. he had had the flu for a week already. I am scared to death that he is the man who died of H1N1.
Of course I am in massachusetts, have been checking obituaries for two weeks, in your paper, when I saw the report of the first death in Tulare, being a man from Visalia. I do beleive it is my lost friend...I desparatly need to contact his family, if anyone knows them, or who they are, could you notify me, or tell them someone is trying everything to find them. I can emailed at Debbie957@aol.com. thanks you god bless you all.

Deborah, thank you very much, would appreciate any help I can get. I don't know what else to do, short of hiring a private detective. I keep checking the obituaries but nothing fits.
Its all just too much of a coincidence not to be him.....I have to know.
my deepest sympathies to his family and friends.
god bless us all with this flu.

Debbie, you can't get ahold of the family members to find out? I saw today in the paper the mention of the tulare co. person who passed from h1n1, but no name. I really doubt that will ever be posted. Keep checking obits. God bless you.

My deepest sympathies to all those who have lost loved ones to this flu virus, to those that are sick and to those who become sick...bless them all.

But I am only looking for one man, the one who died from Visalia, thats where my friend is from.
The day they say he died, that was the 21st of October. My friend was a 54 year old man. OMG
Its been 3 weeks tonight since I last talked with him. I miss him so much, and love him dearly.
Please god help me....

Debbie, I don't think they consider age 54 to be young. That is generally "mid aged". Do you have a physical address for your friend?

yes I have left my message on that link too thank you. that was originally where I saw it...I have also posted pictures on there of him and his sister. 54 isnt normally young but for a virus that affects the young and the old.....hes on the young end of the old. No, have no address or phone number..thats why Im in this mess. Have those pictures only.

Debbie, you haven't seen anything in the obits since the first h1n1 death? I noticed the 2nd person to pass away from h1n1 was already in the obits. I would think u would have already seen the name if it were him. This is so weird.....wow..hope u find him.

Well, there is a good possibility that they will post it much later and have a memorial service or something like that......I have seen Obits on here this month for people who have died in sept. so its not too far fetched that they still could.... I don't know if I ever will find out, or find his sister. Or his final resting place.
