The son Jarrett, works at the lumber yard which is owned by the Heatherington's, which is a nice guy, but has nothing to contribute in the ways of having a back ground of achievements, just alot of money being thrown around , but as I stated I personally have nothing bad to say about him, but Bennett is already and has shown us what he's all about: God, Family, Honor.... What does someone who has done nothing but work in a lumber yard know about being a state rep? I wish there were people running for office where we could vote on their merit instead of who they know.

There was a posting earlier in the thread that said he, unlike others that may be running, is concerned about things other than just getting his name printed.
The article that I am speaking of was in the Vian paper last week or possibly the week prior. It was just an article about him and his family, and the fact that he is running for office. This whole article was a complete waste of my time to read. The only time I care to read that type of article about someone who wants to represent me and my state should represent himself exactly as he is in real life. Not what I want to hear. I am so tired of being told what we want to hear and then when elected the person does the exact opposite. I want to know that his beliefs are real, not what he thinks the public wants him to believe. I want to know that his family and family life is real, not what he wants the public to believe. When the race for this office gets a little closer to election time I am sure we will see a little more truth in what he is.
