"Muhammad's attorney, Jonathan Sheldon, released the following statement after the Supreme Court's decision: "In its effort to race John Allen Muhammad to his death before his appeals could be pursued, the state of Virginia will execute a severely mentally ill man who also suffered from Gulf War Syndrome the day before Veterans day. "

His lawyer sees his meal ticket dying when Muhammad is executed. Muhammad's attorney, Jonathan Sheldon's only had 7 years to milk the system when most capital executions drag on for 11 or 12 years. Now he'll have to find another serial killer to represent so he can feed at the trough of the Federal Government. Disgusting.
But, Muhammad gets the needle tomorrow. Excellent.

Yeah, you would have thought the Oklahoma City bombing, or the murders of doctors like George Tiller or the hundreds of lynchings throughout American history would have been enough.

He should be executed. But what is interesting is that while the whole court agreed to refuse the case. Liberals Stevens, Ginsberg and Sotomajor thought that he should have had his day in court...that Va. rushed things.
I think that answers the question of what sort of people Obama wants on the Supremes!

Daily Horoscope for December 1

Gemini

Spend the morning recharging your spiritual batteries and prepare for the coming Full Moon in your sign. Listen to your favourite music, surround yourself with your things and let confrontations and business dealings wait until you are ready. The Moon enters Gemini later today, so things will take on a much rosier hue.
