Murder suspect arrested

This is my cousin. He is nice and shy and would not hurt anyone unless they were threatening his life. Sounds like it is clearly self defense/

Murder suspect? Don't we have a right to bear arms? What good is that right, if you have to check and see if your intruder has a gun? I grew up with Kyle. He was quiet. He never caused trouble. He would never threaten a child! Like his cousin said, he was nice.

You are full of yourselves!!!! I know what happened I've talked to those who were there! yes there is a right to bear arms and protect youselves and your family but when you antagonize a father and threaten his 5 year old son if he does not come over there then when he gets there bangs on the door till it breaks he goes to take one step in the door and is greeted with a shot to the chest and then as he turns to run away is shot in the back as he is running away and is unarmed ya that realy sounds like self defence. Get a grip nice and shy and woldnt hurt a fly my back side with nice shy people in the world like that we wouldnt have a population problem now would we!!!!!!

Maybe everyone should get there stories straight before they pass judgement last time I checked theres no evidence on being shot in the back....

No, he wasn't at his girlfriend's house. That was put out by the prosecuting attorney. She was living at his home. John Peach was inside his house. This has been hard on both families. The friends, who weren't really friends, should stop spreading stories. It's hard on all when the fueding continues. It's a regret to everyone that it rose to this point.
