Are "reporters" no longer required to have appropriate grammar skills? There's nothing grammatically wrong with that paragraph. My understanding is that their lawyer introduced an FBI report into evidence which proves that the items were indeed fireworks, not bombs.

B) Americans come in all races, sexes, religions, etc., etc. C) I'm not talking about reparations for slavery, I'm talking about reparations for false imprisonment. I bet if you were held for that long because of fireworks you would be demanding some sort of compensation. You would rightly be demanding it. You don't really believe they held them for some black cat's and buzz bombs, do you? Then again, I don't know what they found in the car, other than what was reported. Gotta love our FED'S

So the truth is revealed...or admitted. I remember when everyone was saying, "hang the terrorists", in a matter of speaking. Now look, there was an apparent "rush to judgement". I am thankful, this country has due process, as opposed to other nations. Otherwise, the necks that were stretched would have been criminal and unjustified. In our diligence to administer justice, we should bear in mind that we are "bigger than others", here in S.Carolina and internationally. God Bless America!

I ask that everyone look at the term "bomb making material" when other locations have been bombed they have used fertilizer, as well as other items which seem "safe" but once combined have proven to be highly explosive. Therefore it is not the items in themselves that should be looked at but what the government can prove was their intended use. So before anyone makes judgement calls on lawsuits etc, lets let due process work and they will have their day in court.

Your statement is 100 per cent accurate....fireworks contain "gunpowder" and "fuses".....the main ingredients of potential harmful device. The law is clear on this one.

s it legal for Judge Tracy Carroll to be married to Lt Billy Flurry who works for the Aiken County Sheriff's Office? LT Flurry has a number of officers who present there case in her courtroom for warrants, arrests, hearings, trials, etc. It's hard to believe that she is able to conduct impartial and independent hearings given that she's sleeping with law enforcement. This just doesn't seem right from an ethical point of view? Can anyone help Aiken? This explains why they use two different last names.
