Family Court Judge Mike Kelly....is he fair? pleeese help

I heard someone printed out some bumper stickers with his face on it and it said fhaggot and they were placed on dozens of cars near the courthouse and people were mad that the vandal was putting them on peoples cars.

Judge Mike Kelly RUINED my childhood!! First off everything I told him was suppose to be kept between us and he went and told my parents exactly what I said WORD FOR WORD!!! So imagine how much trouble I got in when he MADE me go home with my dad and I WANTED to be with my mom bc my dad was violent! SO yeah if you think hes a good man YOU ARE WRONG!

File the paper work having him recuse himself. If he refuses contact his peers. Mr. Canterberry... Judge Mike Kelly is extremely arragant and does not follow the law. He seems to favor the attorneys. He seems to have personal relationships with several of them and does not disclose this prior to the preceeding ( this is totally unethical). He needs to go. Also, you should contact the governor's office. I also know that Channel 13 was investigating him and the Judiciary Committee to see why nothing is being done to stop this man... Everyone (Politicians) shall be held liable for allowing this type of behavior to continue.

CLASS ACTION LAW SUITE!!!! If anything is going to get the attention of this state that this man needs to go, we should all ralley and file a class action law sutie.... Think about it.

Oh honey, if that is the case than your attorney was friends with him or served on his re - election campaign. Dont ever think you won a thing. If your ex hires an attorney that he likes more than you, your out the door...

I ask everyone to start writing to the WV Record - If enough people get their attention, someone will have to do something. This may be a political town, however, no one is going to let go of what they have to save a Judge - especially one that is not honorable.

Go to the court house and go to the same place you file divorce papers tell them you want a CD rom of one of your hearings or all of your hearings,just have all the dates you want to see then you pay and take the receipt and paper work to Kelly's office and hand it to the lady behind the desk she will usually say we will call you in a few days.

I moved out of state. My ex husband, who had not even used his visitation rights, began to want to be a dad. So he fought me. Kelly ordered her to stay. My ex does nothing with her, last year they were without utilities, homeless, she was a straight A student and now she barely passes, but because of lies and KELLEY she is still with her dead beat dadthat just want money for his drug habit and she does without.

Hell ya he's a great guy Gregg Burkey.

. Rucuse for another judge like I did at the clerk office and try to get monitored visits at the YWCA u will need to file a motion of ur order

i know that he is a unfair judge.all for the men.i believe that people can change in life.my daughter was geting beat on by her father.the judge wouldnt let her come home to me becauses i have been arrested 1o years ago thats bullshit.i took this in front of him once before she was getting beat on and the sorry ass didnt even ask her about geting beat on all he kept saying to her how school coming along thats bullshit the courts are fucked up. this should have never happened.

Does anybody want to get together and try to get this "thing" out of office, surely if we all put our minds together we can come up with something, I think if we stir things up a little someone will listen, they have to, there's too many of us!

Mike Kelly gave my daughter in law a domestic violence protective order after her ex literally kicked down her door and took their 2 small children and the next day vacated the order and gave sole custody to the psychos mother who, by the way, is married to a convicted murderer who spent 13 years in prison! She can't even see them until the hearing. What kind of irresponsible, dirty judge does this unless they are on the take? I'm absolutely livid and would like him removed from the bench!

Kelly IS NOT all about the fathers.... I am a father that has tried to get visitation for over 10 years.... my support has NEVER been in arrearages, I have actually went to court to get it raised because I made more money...when I went to court Kelly stated BEFORE turning on the recorder..."Mr.--------, if you have done anything that shows contempt of this courts orders I will put you under the jail..." (Little did he know I WAS recording this little comment) When I brought it to his attention that I HAD REQUESTED this hearing, he never said sorry, his only comment was,"we'll see" Then he turned HIS recorder on. I have always been behind the eight ball in this court because of certain positions held by those involved. It doesn't do any good to try and change judges...if the judge you have doesn't want to step aside, then you are stuck.

Absolutely not! He took 2 babies away from their mother after giving her a DVP and gave them to the father's mother the next day! The order was handwritten and for some reason can't be found! Can't get copies of any court records related to it and after at the next hearing with a new judge wrote in his court documents that the mother wasn't even at the hearing when she was there with her attorney, but that the father was! Tells me that he was bought off or knows that family. This poor girl did nothing and had her babies ripped from her arms by the father who took them to live with his parents, one a convicted murderer who spent 13 yrs in prison. I hope he burns in hell for what he's done.
