And, on top of this comes the proposed annexation of the 90 acres (75 parcels) on Gracie Rd. referred to as St. Francis Woods, The Bordman Property, and more recently as the Hurst Ranch.
20 units were recently approved for Gracie Commons, within aprox. 1/2 mile from the above. Sewer...traffic.... And yes, Nevada City now has zoning for R3--- 15dwellings / acre |
