APS holding meetings on transmission-line route

A.P.S. Electric is not worth a shit for anything!!
They made a Goddamn mess along Patton Rd. They started on one side of the Rd with new poles and lines and then switched to the other side of the Rd mid way, how ugly and stupid is that?

A.P.S. had a power outage Sunday May 18th that lasted from 1:30 PM Sunday afternoon to 1:30 AM Monday morning, a full 12 hours without power for the people all along Patton Rd, and yet the people in Springers dumps all had power all the while, what the fuck is up with that? When questioned about what the problem was, A.P.S. simply said we don't know, I would venture to say the dumb bastards still don't know, and further more they don't care.

12 hours without power means no air conditioning, on the hottest day of the year at that time!! and nothing on the news about it at all, but on the Monday night news a 3 hour outage at 7th Street and Green way Rd was broadcast on every news channel in phoenix, guess Whittmann just doesn't count as a city in Arizona.

I would suggest to every person in Wittmann and the surrounding areas that were affected by Sundays outage, to call A.P.S. and request a claim form to fill out for any and all damages,( real or imagined ) caused by this outage, you may or may not receive compension but you will!! let A.P.S. know we are not happy with the shit they pull on us out here. I know I will, I love fighting with the dumb bastards at A.P.S. J.W.Simms.

Be careful pal!! as I said in other post, I watched your houses being built and I have seen what is between the dry wall on the inside and the paper thin stucco on the outside, and there's not a lot of insulation there, BUT!! there are a lot of places inside your walls where the Mexicans took a piss in the corners and crapped in the nooks and crannies and just dry walled over it, it's true. When that Mexican pissed in the wall you must have been downwind and caught some overspray. Here's a tissue. Funny, every one of the registers in my home puts out warm or cool air when needed, unlike you that blows a lot of hot air. So you don't have any idea what you are talking about. Hey! Simms Buster, did you ever find out what that funny smell was behind your sofa and in the master bedroom? no the dog didn't shit there but somebody did, probably Pedro/Fernando.

Use some bleach in a spray bottle to remove the piss stains that are bleeding through the drywall in the corners, works quite well, so your neighbors tell me.

You may well be getting ( some air ) from all your registers, but are you getting the volume you should be getting? I doubt it, because I have seen duct branch off the main trunk and go no where in the attics of Springers homes. You may well have the coolest attic in town this summer, also the highest Goddamn electric bill. You might want to check out that duct work.

Maybe I am the only one that has this opinion. I really hope not. While It is obvious the Simms is a person with really signifigant issues and nothing but bitterness in him, I really see little more impressive with Simms buster. Why don't you two take it somewhere else. Get married, it is shameless the way you both flirt with each other. So while you whine about the power issue the folks at APS worked for 12 hours to get your power back on. If this was a guy fixing your air conditioner I bet you would have offered him/her a glass of water to help get the job done. Ever go out and ask a guy on an APS truck how their doing. Ever touch a pole at 100+ degrees - do you risk your life daily with high voltage power.

I guess 12 hours of no power across 365 days is something to cry about and then try to steal against that company.

Anyway, Simms is right (although it pains me to say so)-- at least one of the spanish speaking construction people did urinate or deficate in the springer homes--- a message was written in spanish on one of the walls in a house that basically said "who took a s%$# where there is no sh$%ter?"
I think that says it all.
But Simms: I don't get why you care one way or the other about the springer homes or the people in them.

Peakview, Patton Place, those niches along the road where major developments fell through all have a victim attached to a scheme that lured them out west in hopes of that elusive pot of gold at the end of a rainbow. The problem is that it is pretty obvious they got caught up in a whirlwind of fast talkers and hard-hitting sales tactics. Thus rattlesnake refuges and a place for a meth-head to hide out while getting a fix, these unsightly sheds strip the desert setting that most people moved here to enjoy. Some people got involved in the HOA line dance. HOA's are not a good mix where burrows and javelinas should still roam. People moved here expecting to be a regular of the golf and country club, but instead got paired up with some real honky tonking, hell-raising nomads on ATV's, horses & sand-buggies. All the while paying in to an HOA that so far many of you have not seen any returns from. Mark it up to better judgment next time, or as to serving as an example to others of what can happen. Quit paying your HOA dues get your neighbors together and take a vote to abolish the association. Return as much of your land back to the desert, so as to keep it preserved for the wildlife and plant life found here. Then start developing good karma by not passing your mistakes on to others to have to deal with. As far as what goes on at a construction site, and if you plan to live in the structure being built? Enjoy the cosmetic finishing’s and don't think about what's behind the sheet-rock
