My son is innoce, and has been given his freedom back after 28 months of being terroized by being accused of killing his friend. Guess what? Keith pickett, the dog expert had already been in court before in a different county for staging dog scents. REDA the News times. A public apology would be nice. None of you know my son.

i am not a stranger to the winfreys. sorry this scum didnt get what he deserved. the other two did. the whole bunch are trash. bottom of the ocean scum. hope they all rot in hell.i am so sorry for the janitor's family i know what they are going through. same happened to my family but they didnt get punished. humpy parker was in office.need i say more.

I am also well acquainted (unfortunatley) with that trash. Now if the rest of the winfrey's would get what they deserve there would be justice.

jbw- you must be a stranger to the winfreys - sorry but you must be scum to know scum. the poor jaintor's family is who you need to point the finger at. keep a watch out for what is written about them and look for chargest to start being filed. humpy parker was an angel compared to what was in office when this all took place - watch and read about lacy rogers, tracy brown, the d.a.... its going down on this town. oh, jbw scum - lies is all you know about the winfrey's and about coldspring local office holders.

The Wienfry's reputation proceeded them long before they did this deed. Au Contraire, you do not have to be scum to know scum. That is the most childish statement I've heard since 2nd grade!

Humpy Parker could not have thrived for as long as he did in a county that had ethics to begin with and it's no surprise they are still the same! The goings on in the Courthouse is pathetic!

Bobby is probably related to the winfreys & half the town, or a newcomer to town. I agree with jbw he hasn't had anyone in his family killed by them.

I was married to Richard,Sr. in 1987.We had 2 beautiful children, Richard,Jr. and Megan. The marriage did not work out, but those are my children and ex-husband you are bashing without looking at the evidence. There was plenty of physical evidence in which none of it matched them. The dog scent was proven to be staged. I went by the lack of evidence and facts of the case. If There was legitiment evidence that match them, I would want them to rot in prison. You idiots are going by rumors and the reputation of 1 person. My family are now Chrisyians, and no, not because they were falsly arrested. It is because they, like myself changed and became Christians long before they fund out they were suspects. Judge not, least you will be judged in the same way you have judged others. Ye without sin cast the first stone! I don't see stones flying! Ifyou want to point the inger at someone, go for Keith Pickett, Lacey Rogers, Johnson, and Bill Burnett. If I get killed for saying what is on my mind, it would not be the Winfrey's, check with one of the named people. And by the way, we are not trach. WE live normal lives, respect and help others. Fortunately I no longer live there. And knowing what kind of community it is I prefer staying anonymous thank you very much. And as I said before no need for me to judge God will take take care of them in the end. No unfortunately they are not all in jail yet, and if they don't go to jail, they will all rot in hell!!! GOD will see to that! I'm wondering if MAYBE you weren't involved and they need to be checking you out, maybe the Winfrey's didn't have anything to gain from killing that poor man MAYBE they just did it for the fun of it because THAT IS THE KIND OF TRASH THEY ARE!!!!!
