United States if full of welfare people and all of them shop at the Dollar stores. And a lot of them drink a lot too. Dollar store will sale it cheaply and save them money so they can use more welfare.

Questionable Hendersonville, TN	Reply » \| Report Abuse \| Judge it! \| #9 Jan 30, 2012 So, what you are saying is the poor can buy beer and wine at the Dollar Store and the remaining drinkers can still buy their beer at Kroger, Wal Mart and the area gas stations and only buy wine at a Wine And Spirits store. Every business wants to make that extra dollar, including the Dollar Store. In summation, we have the poor drinkers and the middle class to rich drinkers. Talking about "passing judgement".
