I am a firm believer in the truth will always prevail and I have met Mr dillon on different occasions and yes he may have a past but he served his time his is a nice man and the news will always convict someone thats how they get you to watch it. But if he is found innocent I hope all you people will say your sorry because you could very well be bashing an innocent man!

I had a personal relationship with Mr Dillon and as the person above me wrote, he has a good heart.
He has definitely made major mistakes in his life and really had no one to help him. He has had a rough life from birth.
If he did this then he needs to pay but people are supposed to be innocent until proven guilty, not the other way around.
I pray for the victims families and friends as well as Jack and his family.

Wow you really are a sad individual. This was over 20 years ago before anything like this happened, so NO I am no "freaktard" but you obviously need a language lesson if that is the best vocabulary you can come up with "JugHead" lol. I haven't seen nor heard from Mr Dillon in 20 years, my point is people are always innocent untiil proven guilty and I say prayers for EVERYONE involved.

I'll add you to my prayer list.. I think it might be good to think before you "type" and try to be a little more articulate.

To the one above. You are forgetting that Marla was a GREAT LADY! She was a veteran and a nurse that was quick to laugh or make someone smile.She would do anything for anyone. She had two boys that were her life. And now she will not get to see how they turn out as men.Because of this murderer. She will not get to be a Grandmother. She worked herself hard to provide a life for her boys. She lived for her boys. And now Her boys have lost their mother because of this sex offender that should have never been let out of jail. He should have been casterated before they released him! Now you are debating over this man that killed her and set her house on fire. WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU!!! The world lost a great person. Apparently the one's coming to this murderer's defense didn't know Marla at all. Well I will tell you if you knew her you wouldn't be saying what a good man this murdered is. Veteran of Dessert Storm, wonderful mother to her two sons, and a great friend to many!! She will be missed!! But I can assure you when they drop that man into the bottomless pit he won't be missed!!!!

none of us have the right to be convict, that is up to a jury and where one spends eternity is between that person and god. we as humans sometimes do terrible, awful things to each other that is impossible for us and those close to us to forgive. this is such a case. it does not mean though that this man has never shown any goodness or kindness to anyone, it is rare that one could make that statement even about the most evil person. i say this because we are made in gods image and his image is love and goodness. it is unfortunate that many times the evil overtakes the good. i could not begin to imagine the hurt and anger that this ladies family is going through now. i am myself a nurse and it is a profession where you truly look for and try to bring out the best in even what seems like the most hopeless of people. i am sure that she was no different. i am only glad that this man was quickly caught and will not be able to harm any one else. and to everyone who has been sending nasty messages back and forth regarding the goodness of this man and how stupid someone is for thinking that, why not put that energy in writing your senate and congress in regards to all the prisioners they are planning to release? marla sounded like a wonderful person my heart goes out to her family and i plan to try to do what i can to keep guys like this off the street.

AMEN - and castration is the only cure for sex offenders cause locking them up does no good. I am so sorry for the lost of your friend, she sounds like a wonderful person and mother. I can only hope that justice will prevail in this case!!!

They won't. Even if this man is discovered to be innocent, he will be condemned for the rest of his lfe by people who think it can't happen to them.

other than someone seeing his car leaving the house what evidence do they have against him. Do you even know if he raped her or are you assuming that he did because he was a registered sex offender? What about her boyfriend that she met in jail that was a convicted murderer???? They have questioned him too. I would like to know what evidence there is because I cannot find anything about this case other than the same stuff,

They caught him throwing away things from Marla's house. The same car that was seen at the house, He got caught at the car wash throwing things out. So I ask you what does that say??? They are still investigating. I hope that closure will come soon for the boys sake. And all involved will not get to see the light of day ever again. But this man got caught red handed. Marla was such a sweet caring person, let's not forget that she is the victim here! Justice needs to be done!!!
