I would like to know if the lab at 311 Tamiami Tr N does DNA testing to see if a disease will be passed on to our children?

Also, does Medicare help pay for this testing?

Medicare does not pay, nor should it. To mkae an appointment have a Doctor write a script, you just dont walk in.
