coaches

Can you believe these coachs in Kermit. Unemployed people everywhere and they are being paid $20 an hour by the admin. to move furniture all summer long. Don't you think there are people in a little more need than them. And its not even the young coaches its the guys making the big bucks off of our tax dollars. Anyone else feel the same way about these coaches as we do?

Who's furniture are they moving and where too? Don't forget this may be the hardest physical work they do all year, it might be good for them.
I bet that there are not any of the Maintenance workers who make close to twenty an hour, why not use them.
Here is a better idea, pay the coaches based on the teams performance. If they don't produce winners cut there pay in half.
I would like to see the highest paid person in Kisd work up a sweat, the Superintendent, he has not broken a sweat in 10 years.
The tax payers are now the slaves in America, the slave owners are those who work in government positions. We work our butts off they collect from our labor what ever they want too.

I am from Monahans but drop in every now and then. I like Kermit and would love to move there if I could find good job. I think that moving furniture and cutting the pay to atleast $10 an hour would be a great opportunity for the kids there. Paying staff like that is ridiculous!

They are moving the furniture from the old elementary schools to the new one. I guess that takes a college degree to do. One other thing though, the Head Coach got to organize it($40 an hour), so he got to pick only his favorite butt kissers to help him, so only the highest paid coaches were asked to help. So think about it the richer get richer off of our money.
We dont send our kids to Kermit ISD and we are so glad that people like that do not coach my kids.

Using the kids would be a great idea, They of course would be supervised by a few adults, working adults that is. But this idea comes from common sense which is very rare these days in Public education. One of the main goals of School administration is to increase the size of there staff and keep increasing there pay. The actual of the student is somewhere down of the list, it should be first.

these coaches here in Kermit are all LAZY & MONEY HUNGRY! they are trying to become principals because they are to lazy to teach & think they want an easier job with higher pay.Can you believe these people?They need to get a clue & get out of town.Ms.Gibson needs to be the first one GONE!

Everyone in Kermit needs to ban together to get rid of them! Enough is enough, we are so glad we left when those coaches arrived.They are not there for the kids,they are there for themselves, trying to get rich.They should not be allowed to line their pockets.Grubbs and the rest of the lazy@sses should be made to work FOR their money or FIRE them!!

What'a the scoop on Ms. Gibson?, and doesn't her husband also get a paycheck from the Taxpayers of Kermit?

Both of them want out of the classroom because they are horrible teachers,they should not be rewarded for doing a bad job.Ms.Gibson was even investigated for a relationship with a female student but it was swept under the rug because of who the student's mom is.We are planning to go the press with this info this week as soon as they finish the high school vice-principal.Please pass this website on to anyone that cares about Kermit.

Whos the current high school principal and what's his story?

We are in the process of hiring a new principal at the high school, the last three have been sabotaged by the vice-principal and now this investigation against the vp, they need to make an example of her and FIRE her stupid @ss.

You must not have heard the lastest snafu! In the middle of district, the coaches were allowed to miss work to go to a college football game. Then they are embarassed on the field Friday nite! KOBY OWENS FOR HEAD COACH!

you dumb f**ks, you so called taxspayers dont have enough money to pay the whole school district you dam idiots , the state and goverment pay most of there salaries . you people from kermit need to support the school in academics and athletics and quit saying these coaches are trying to get rich, if it bothers you so much go to school and get a degree.and yes they baby sit most of yalls kids all day long , and then blame them for everything , it starts with you the parent

Most of you inbreds just simply don't understand. If you think for one second that ANY teacher or coach gets "RICH" then you obviously don't have a clue as to what a teacher's salary is. And if I'm not mistaken, EVERY TEAM, both boys and girls (with the exception of tennis) made the post season last year in every sport. HMMM...must be some terrible coaches!!!
You might actually find the real problem by looking in the mirror. Again...inbreds!!!

Like we said before DUMBASS,in the DISTRICT we are in we should fighting the District title not trying to fight for the last spot to make the playoffs! In every other town the coaches help the players get better but here they hurt our kids instead of making them better.OUT WITH GRUBBS AND THE GIBSONS!
