the MDE is a self serving fascist regime
that only care if someone reports a landlord (that is ok)
but most tenants use this to get out of leases
as well complain about the higher costs of housing due to this unbalanced law...
it they were serious they would get all landlords intead of waiting for a complaint...
spend that money back on getting the word out!
