If the bar actually carded people as they came in this could have been avoided. Apparently the bar employees new these guys and their history and they still let them in the club.

Jose, I feel for you and your family in this time of loss, but I would never understand the need or want to get revenge in matters of the law. To just walk into a bar FULL of patrons and start shooting? This is not Mexico, taking matters into your own hands will just cause people like you and your family more greef than it worth. Listen, this world is big enough to just walk away. Find some place that you and your family can live in peace. |

I am from Winn. and I am have a family member who lost family in this. It is too bad that no one has the strength to stop the fighting. Think about all the poeple who are hurt emotionaly. Too many of my old high school freinds have gotten into troble either jail, drugs or both. There is way to much pain and death.

1 I had family in that bar that night. Nice they could bring the fight to the streets where innocent bystanders could get hurt. A lot of people owe their life's to that Marine that stepped up and offed that scum. Who knows how many life's he saved. If that good Samaritan ever reads this. Thank you sir! Don't know if I could carry on without my little brother. Or all the good friends what were with him that night. God bless you and the United States Marine corps. I'm getting my concealed weapons permit now. |

#1 They were not gang bangers.#2 the man was Navy Seal not Marine.#3 You have no idea what this was all about and who these guys were. Yeah you might have read the paper but it does not look like you read it the right way. It stated that this incident was not gang or biker related. So your P.O.S. gang is blown in the water. I am glad there was no more hurt. I do thank the Navy Seal guy for taking it upon his self to help out others that were there. I am sorry for both the families losing there family members. This was all done the wrong way. If our court systems weren't so slow in getting stuff like what happen taken care of in a timely manner maybe this would not have happen. They let them out of jail where they should of stayed til there court hearing and retaliation happened. The wrong way but it happened. |

My problem with it, is that the three of them and the family have been fueding. If you have a problem then deal with it between yourselves, don't involve innocent people. The military man had to do something I would hated to do. I give it to him for standing up for the rest of the people.
Yes, the families r going to mourn over them. That's fine. I'm just glad it wasn't any one else(the innocent). The man that shot the gun men will have to live with it for the rest of his life. Is it fair to him to have that in the back of his mind(military or not)? |

1 So typical to blame everyone else but the responsible party. Blame the courts, Blame the Bar, Blame the Police. The blame rest firmly on the rotting soul of that piece of $h1t that took a gun into that bar and took two other peoples life's. And may have taken others if that good Samaritan wouldn't have been there, and shot him down before he could take anymore. Marine/seal who gives a crap he's a hero. 1st of all mark and joe were not illegal but the shooter was 2nd of all joe and mark is what they went by they didnt like to be called by their REAL NAMES and so what if they were under age dont act like u never did that last but not least dont be telling me to get off if anything u should be the one to get off because u dont even know the whole story like i do
