JimmyJam Columbus, OH	Reply » \| Report Abuse \| Judge it! \| #4 Feb 28, 2009 I grew up on Congo road people go way to fast for a narrow country road. I think the posted speed limit is 25 across the whole road from Green Valley Bottom to Moxie. Nobody follows that speed limit.
