I don't pretend to know all the details of this case. But if none of the charges stuck, maybe it would be fair to give them a clean slate. Atty. Hicks seems to agree from what I read in The Daily Press.

They'll get expungement. Oh yeah.

Starting in November, Altemus will be the first to get expunged.

Hey Witch, for someone who "doesn't pretend to know all the details of this case" you sure have espoused your opinions as fact for the last 18 months!
And yes, Bob Hicks says they can ask for this expungment and he will sign off on it. He's a decent guy and follows the law.

Attorney Hicks is just trying to keep from going to jail after tampering with a jury.....

Mine is the lone "not sure" vote. You folks who live there know better than me what your county needs. I just don't understand why y'all are so vidictive that you want something this mediocre to stay on anyone's record. Somebody explain how it's going to harm anyone to have it removed from their record. Is it just revenge you want?

Looks like the people have spoken. No clean record for either. And whether or not they did anothing wrong, the public has perceived they had done someting wrong. And perception IS reality.

That is one of the most juvenile comments I've ever seen. If you want to deal in perceptions instead of reality and facts, then you don't deserve the respect that you so often demand for your opinions.

You obviously are a product of multiple generations of inbreeding. The party to which you refer uses a local internet provider, not a verizon (pittsburg) provider. What an idiot you are. Go get an implant so at least one person (yourself) will think you have some sense of manliness.

Expunged records? They have not been found guilty in a court of law, and they will not stand trial for the crimes they allegedly did. Therefore, expunging their records is in good keeping of the law. The law has failed those of us who believed in it. When they held those secret meetings, they betrayed the trust of their constituents. A court of law did not find them guilty, so, expunge their records. One question I have regarding this, will we, the taxpayers, have to pay for th court proceedings for expungement as well?

During this next election, and the ones that follow in the next few years, be sure to expunge the un-trustworthy supervisors that have betrayed our common trust. Elections resulting in losing parties have not yet been outlawed and we must use them to bend our government to our will, the Will of the People.

I have been away for awhile, and will probably go away again soon, but it is nice to see that the same old players are still making the same old comments and are still trying to figure out who's who in this forum. I find it funny and just needed a chuckle today. Thanks everyone.

Awww, c'mon, Bill has had many more juvenile comments than I have, so let's set the record straight.

And I don't demand respect from others. Respect is earned, not demaned or entitled. If I haven't earned your respect, then so be it, however, TA and Ressler haven't earned my respect either. And I doubt they've earned the respect of a majority of the county citizens either.

And for someone who doesn't live here, you certainly have a lot of opinions yourself.

One more thing, I stand by the fact, in politics, perception is reality. Thnk about it, how many politicians lost or won based on the public perception of them. It's a long list.

You still haven't graduated past cliches yet....
Respect is given, not earned. People who think others have to earn their respect are on a power trip in their own little mind..........

You are right, on one point. Perception in election is everything....truth doesn't matter does it. Truth is something you take little time in gathering or writing about........you are a destroyer of the truth.......and it will come back to bite you, very soon..........i know people who are taking care of that as we speak!

Ahhhh...bill is at it again. You're splitting hairs. Respect is given when it is earned. I don't need the respect of anyone on this board, I'm not running. TA is and she hasn't earned the respect of the majority of the citizenry and that will be proven on election day.

And as for the truth, you wouldn't know if it was sitting next to you.

Altemus signs at all non-developed lots, vacant homes and public right-of-ways. Let's hope ghosts don't vote.
