It is absurd the way we the unemployed are being treated, I ran out of benefits 4 months ago and and facing eviction in 3 weeks, we NEED this extension of benefits to pass the senate NOW!There are thousands of us in this state alone not to mention across the country. We are being treated as if we don't even matter. Please help us.

Bail out for banks? No problem! But on teh brink of Winter, the Senate tells millions of the unemployed to 'go starve'. Shame on the GOP for stalling unemployment extension legislation! Every day another 7000 Americans lose benefits and have no means of survival. Newsflash: The tanking economy wasn't their fault! Pass this legislation today! H.R. 3548/S.1699.

What nobody seems to realize is that when the unemployment numbers drop, it isn't because there are new jobs it's because another seven thousand people just ran out of benefits. it happens everyday. Senators give them selves a pat on the back when jobless claims drop one week, what they should be given is a dose of the truth. your pats on the back hurt millions.please extend the benefits TODAY! Stand up for the people! that's what we voted you in for!

I've worked for 40 years. I have not had an unemployment check for 2 months now--run out. These Senators should be "Run out of Town, for good". They see the political fight, and are determined to get what they want---a victory for their side---Republicans think they are winning this. REPUBLICANS--GROW UP--Your job is very serious one. You are supposed to represent us. Well, we can print up a list to see who voted for the people, to help them in bad times like this. We will cross you off our list, when the next election comes around. You will be out in the cold.

They haven't talked to people who ran out of benefits? Huh? I ran out Sept. 1. So, here's one. And there are 500,000 others in America who have run out. The Workforce Center is clueless apparently

Daily Horoscope for December 24

Virgo

You're struggling to get everything finished in time today, making you feel fractious and tired. At some point you may have to take a pragmatic decision about which tasks must be completed today and which will have to be postponed until another day. Do your best to keep things in proportion otherwise you'll waste time in trivial details and needless nit-picking.
