She pretty much just guaranteed herself a lengthy jail term by letting it go to a jury. Oklahoma needs to pass an attempted murder statute because what she is accused of doing is exactly that, but she cannot be charged for it in this state.

I think the charges should be--attempted murder.

There used to be a law in some of the states that allowed people to be sterilized without their consent. It was said to be for "imbediles." Those in favor wanted it to improved the species and get rid of those who had "mental defectives."

Now why don't we still have this? It's people like this woman that should be sterilized! She should lose all her rights to decide about her fertility. Now she will be out in a few years to do it again. This makes me sick!

Ok. My cousin is friends with the couple who adopted the child and thank goodness he is doing well. She did tell them that she was doing some prostituting and didn't know who the father was and could care less about the baby. And, what do you mean she did not do it? You're telling me that someone else took the baby out of her belly and took it to the dumpster to throw it away and she didn't call the police and report it. You're so full of crap. She delivered the baby and took it and threw it in that dumpster and drove off knowing that she had just left a tiny live human being in a dumpster to die. She should get the dealth penalty. She tried to give this baby the death penalty. She could have taken the baby to the fire station, dhs, quick trip, or other main place in Sapulpa and left the child with an adult no questions asked. She didn't have to leave it in a dumpster. You're an idiot. Glad she didn't kill you when she was babysitting you.

She got out of this with nothing but a short term house arrest. It is time to get those judges voted out.
