With what evidence?

There is no evidence. There hasn't been in over 20 years. There is no body, no DNA of any type, no eye witnesses... Just a worthless Low Life of a town sheriff and prosecutor. Somehow they hung him on Perjury charges even though there wasn't any proof of a crime to perjure.

The boyfriend was a suspect and a supposed drug dealer but the obvious way to win reelection is to try to hang someone on a racial hate crime.

It is sad that in our country you can lose your entire life savings defending yourself against a crime you did not commit. Specially when there is no evidence that a crime has even been committed.

Truth, what makes you so sure he didn't do it?

The same reason I'm sure Elvis Presley didn't do it. There is 0 evidence. For over 20 years he has been cooperating with the investigations. Constant visits all the time. Constantly having to go back up to Michigan to deal with this crap. They can't tag him on a no-evidence murder so they make his life a living hell financially.

In the same manner that Cherita's family says "No she wouldn't just up and leave her family behind like that" I'm saying "He did NOT do it". There are too many things that just do not add up. This isn't them seeking justice it's them trying to make it look like they're doing their job... which they should have done better at 20+ years ago.

Um, excuse me, but this is the NORTH country. I was always taught to believe that rednecks, hill billies and po-dunks came from the south.(Hence; Texas is in the south.) Seems your sense of direction is quite off. You should update your knowledge in geography. Also updating your manners wouldn't hurt either.
