2014 version of the Ryan budget:

1.) Repeal of Obamacare (though we keep Obamacare's cuts to Medicare, as well as its new taxes).

2.) Medicare would be converted into a voucher system.

3.) Big cuts to Medicaid.

4.) Big cuts to other domestic programs.

5.) Repeal of the sequester cuts in the Pentagon budget.

6.) A "simplified" income tax system with only two brackets, 10 percent and 25 percent.

7.) A reduction in the corporate tax from 35 percent to 25 percent.
