Bay View Crash: Teen killed in crash in Milwaukee's Bay View neighborhood

Im Abbys cousin i rarely see her but she has an amazing soul,heart ,personality.I have recently moved to Oklahoma but when I go back to her dads house she always made an effort to see me.Goodbye Abby

This is so horrific. I wasn't very close to hear, but when I heard this I was shocked. I thought of this could have been prevented. No one deserves to die at such a young age. I give all my prayers and words of symathy towards the family. I heard many many good things about her. I know your watching over all of your friends and family. God has a good plan for you, R.I.P Hun.

i feel so bad like i could have done somthing to make a diffrence i was on my way home when i seen this accident happen right before my eyes 100 feet right in front of me i freaked turner the car around and call 911 on my way home didnt even know it was that bad till i drove by and seen every one standing out there a day later i was right there and did nothing i called 911 right away but me just getin out of my car could of made a big diffrence now i just cant shake this out of my head it just keeps replaying over abd over

was a good friend of the driver didnt no abby that well its a shame. we will miss u abby may you rest in peace.

abby was the smartest girl you ever knew. she would make anyone happy if they were having a bad day no matter if you were friends with her or not. It's horrible to lose a close friend right around the holidays but there's nothing you can do about it except for praying for the Family

Abby was such an amazing friend. I remember her constantly smiling and being the happiest girl i've ever met. She was such a sweet girl. Everyone is going to miss her so much, I can't believe this really happened.. It's such a shock that someone so sweet and caring is gone in a blink of an eye..

And it's even worse that people can even think about being so rude to post comments like that, especially now..

Abby was a good freind and its sad losing someone like her. We use to have fun times whenever we hung out.

Its sucks hearing all the bull Abby went through before this happened to her. i wish i woulda called her that saturday night to hangout like i was thinkin to.

To all who know Abby, whether a little or alot: She Loved us, that was our gift. That is why it hurts. She didn't judge us, or hold grudges against us. She is continuing to foster love and peace and friendship and always will. We need each other even more because she is not here. It's not that we love her, that is obvious, it's that she loves us. Lets keep her alive and think of her as pushing us to something better in this life.
Don't waste time on the negative comments, she wouldn't have.
And yes, she was beautiful: outside and IN!!!!

Screw you. That is the worst comment I could ever seen on an article like this. This is the 2nd DUI incident that I have known the driver, who killed someone.....this is not a laughing or joking matter, and definately not a time to make sexual comments about a 17 year girl who just passed away. Think about her family reading that!!! I can't imagine the pain they are in to begin with, and then to deal with a$$holes like you.

My prayers go out to the families of this tragic loss, on both sides.

I was in her theatre class this year, she always came in class with a smile. I will always keep her in my mind and heart. my LOVE goes to the Cyrs family.

Thank you to all of you that have positive things to say about this young lady. Your care and love shines through your words. Abby's mother I am sure knows that she was loved by all.

For those of you that wish to spread hate and bad comments. Your really need to keep your fingers off the keyboard and let this family grieve. I believe the reason that you have a comment like that in the first place is because girls like abbey WILL NOT HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH YOU!

I'm Abby's cousin. she was like a sister to me. i'll miss her so much, but she'll always be in my heart. we had so many good times together. her smile puts a smile on your face no matter what. she was an amazing, bright and sweet person. anyone who she came in contact with was blessed. i love you abby. i miss you.. <3

are you kidding me? you would put something like this on there, people lost there bec=st friend a person they talked to, and you say that. lord bless your soul. Abby, you were an amazing person. this is something that should of never even happened. you were my best friend, we told each other everything, she is in a better and thats the way we have to look at. you will be greatly missed. we love and miss you.!!!!

So many things come to mind, you had a gift that I never saw in someone so young. Your smile and compassion will be dearly missed. I will pray for and never forget you, for the rest of my life. Watch over us.

My prayers go out to the family of Abby. I did not know her but I am so sorry for your loss! Something like this could have been prevented. SERIOUSLY people, do NOT drink & drive! Imagine the guilt he will have to deal with for the rest of his life for killing his girlfriend! Just don't do it! Think first!
