Rude Armenians

I live in Glendale and had no idea how bad it was until I moved here 8yrs ago, I am FED UP with the openly rude and hostile Armenians or as I so affectionately like to refer to them now: "Meanians".

The fist thing I noticed after moving here from the Westside and attempting a neighborly greeting, was their open disgust toward me and my dog; only to stop and stare, before maneuvering around us like we had the plague.... To this day I don’t understand the staredown. What the f#*k are they looking at?

I swear, I wasn't a racist until I had to co-exist with them on a daily basis, but Ive been pushed to the brink! I have been openly snubbed, ignored and dissed countless times, by stupid Armenian housewives in the market and behind the wheel that cant drive worth a shit, as well as, the bleached blond spoiled daughters, and the mega-arrogant t-shirted wearing clone shaven males - void of any manners or human kindness, which poses a problem when attempting to patronize local businesses. Sadly, I now choose to steer clear of any "ian" owned businesses, Dr.s, Vets, but occasionally am forced to deal with there lack of people skills or customer service.

The worst are he disrespectful “wanna be gangsta” idiot males, speeding recklessly up and down the streets blaring crap music, chain smoking and guzzling Redbull in there leased black BMWs that they share with the entire family, all living in the same apartment and parking with blatant disregard for others.

Wanna start a business in Glendale? Sell cigarettes to the “walking dead” old men in dark suits and caps that shuffle at a snails pace with hands tucked behind their backs, from apartment to folding chair to the park, littering the streets with butts and empty cigarette boxes only to STOP and STARE….What the f#*k are you staring at???

I'm sorry but I'm tired, this ugliness has been festering inside me and can’t take it anymore; I need to move far away from these uncivilized people, rude people that obviously have a vendetta to push out all the non-armenians. You win, you can have Glendale….

I can correct my spelling instantaneously, however, lying and impersonating Armenian are foolish acts on your behalf and pretty terminal.

My friend, you are suffering from Armo Overload. You have been overexposed to the Glendale Armenian culture and it has traumatically affected you. Please understand that what has happened to you has happened to many others in the past. Rather than taking medication, I think it will be best for you to remove yourself from this traumatic environment. Move to some nice place, like Carmel or Monterey or Big Sur, some place nice and quiet. Once you get settled, you will begin to feel better. But, be forewarned, flashbacks are possible, so be prepared for them. One of my patients who relocated was walking along the boardwalk in Santa Cruz when he overheard a conversation between two passersby. One man said "Are you meaning to tell me" but all my patient thought that he heard was..Armenian! That was enough to cause him to be sedated and hospitalized for six weeks. Just be careful what you think you hear, and good luck to you,boss. Honest.

Thank you for putting a big smile on my face and I must agree with you some of them are RUDE but you probably live in cheapest area in Glendale. I would highly rec. you to move to North side of Glendale close to La Crescenta where you find Armenians will knock on your door and give you shish kabob ones in the while. They'll watch your child while he/she is playing out there they want to make sure there is no American will rape your child. I am an Armenian and understand the culture and heritage very well but never live in the area where you are.
Most of my neighbors are Koren and they have been next to me for 20 years and never say hello. This is a cultural thing.
We all brothers and sisters under one God, don't hate anyone.

I agree with Fred Up. With Armenians they believe they can do no wrong. Look in a history book. Aremenians were run out of every country they have gone to. The reason is, Aremenians are ARRAGANT,SELFISH,SELF-CENTERED and IGNORANT PEOPLE. There is a reason Armenia is located where it is. Look on a map.
