Sorry you must have misunderstood, "groups" don't believe in doctors.

If your an old widower and have money or land, marrying teenaged bride a can always be worked out at a local "church". Its been that way since I was a kid. I would look for the group that has members that get life insurance on their kids from birth but won't let the children see a doctor.
