I don't care how sexy she might have looked or even if she came onto you(not saying that she did)..."what in the hale was you thinking?!" You're sworn to protect! If this charge proves true I have to ask... was it worth throwing away your career, family and everything you worked for on top loss of freedom?

I can't believe this man was actually placed in the Stillwater Public School system to protect our children and became a predator himself. How sick and disturbing.

He was the police officer at my school! He would always talk to my friends and I at lunch, and joke around and stuff. Thats just disgusting. You think you know someone, but guess not.

Look here we go again. You know that is why it is hard to catch these sick men in Oklahoma because they work in areas you would least suspect a sex offender will be. Now he have been on the force for 17yrs how many other victims are out there. Or how many lawsuit have the State paid under the table to keep hush, hush? You never know when it comes to Oklahoma. And they put him in schools where children are that is sick. This man felt he had the power and the friends and family. And I wonder what was his son thinking. This is sick and sad. And you know you have a lot of sex offenders and Oklahoma that is still working in the public where they are able to make more victims and a easy pray. And this is sad. 17yrs onthe force and you mean to tell me no on e could look at this man and see that he look sick and watch his actions. Just because he is sa Cop don't mean anything he is still a human that can mess up at anytime. Well I pray they don't give him 3 yrs probation and life time sex offender. That is what they do in the State of Oklahoma and we as Oklahoma's need to do something about the sex offenders that are not walking by the law. Because Oklahoma's that are aware and use these men and still give them jobs where they can attack again. This is one state that are not for rape victims or children that are rape by men. And the Courts they find ways to give them lesser charges. Trust me I know Im a Victim in this State of Rape and I know What Oklahoma does. And I'm working on it now to push the change to give these men time in prison they are aware of there acts. And they use the system to back them up. So it make you think why so many young girls are missing from there home and found dead in creeks lakes and rual areas. Make you wonder how many victims are out there and can not speak because they are dead or threaten to talk. This is something that have to be work out in The State of Oklahoma. All of the crimes that have to do with rape are alway in house cases. Where the man that do the raping is either working with the law. Or have a brother uncle or family member that will pull some strings to keep them out of prison. And that is Federal and that is against your civil rights as a victim. And this is where we are fighting back. How can you give men that are not of the law in Oklahoma A 25 yrs in prison for 2nd degree rape. But If a man is of the Law in he Rapes in Oklahoma you make him a life time sex offender but he is free in no jail time but the time he was arrested where he can bond out . Shady but that is where the county and State can be sued for there action In The United States Of America. This is not a Country it is a State. And Oklahoma's are going to find that out the hard way this year in years to come for cases like this one and many more that have been paid out. And the Employess that allowed it to happen still remian at there Jobs. So keep your eyes open and your mouth shut Justice will be served. And as far as this man what he did thank god they got him. Just because he did this and he was a officer that do not mean every officer is bad. And you better believe that when they found out they track him Down and made there arrest. So good job Officers for getting the bad seed Out the way. I believe the best Officers in Oklahoma Is Tulsa Co There Officer are the best And they are trained well and they look out for there people. So I love TPD & TCS they are the best and downto earth and Oklahoma I give them a 100% All the officer I see messing up are the ones that are from small counties that think they can get away with murder in the woods of OKlahoma

Yuck...this is getting old with all the crooked cop stories that have been recently coming out. We're suppose to be looking up to these people and they turn out to be nothing more the commen criminals themselves. Too bad, this is just sad.

"If" it is true, they should bury him under the jail for the rest of his life, but we should wait and see the evidence. I've seen too many cases where a young girl lies. Especially if she dated his son and had bitter feelings.

I will wait to judge this man until after we see if there is even any evidence. A complaint is not evidence.

It's not any better at Home Depot. I watched while a man ran right out of the store this evening with a weedeater in his hands, jumped in a car and drove off. The cashier just stood and watched. Apparently, they are not allowed to pursue for fear of a law suit. It's just sad what this world is coming to. You can't protect yourself or your stuff or someone might sue. Also, if you call the police, they will pick the person up, take him in and then allow him to walk free by the end of the day. We must stop recycling criminals back into our system. Sorry..off topic but I had to rant! This cop should have known better. He should have gone and bought a sports car to satisfy his mid-life crisis. Obviously he was thinking with the wrong brain...

its sick for this man to use his son to bring him underaged trim...(without his son's knowledge of course)...i bet he is impotent the reason he is being charged with two charges of rape by instrumentation and three counts of lewd acts to a child. he is one sick mf and needs the needle because this behavior isn't going to stop here...stick the needle in his arm and send him on where the fires of iniquity will singe his behind forever...

I'm really glad there are so many people here that want to crucify someone without a shred of evidence. Out of 18 comments so far only two people have acknowledged that the charges may be false.
I've known Buck for years and have never seen any behavior to suggest that he would do something like this. I about fell out of my chair when I saw his picture on TV in this story, and I will be even more surprised if this goes anywhere. At this point it doesn't matter anyway; his career is over and his life will never be the same regardless of the outcome.
If this is such a hot story, why did it take two weeks for it to get on TV? Media sensationalization on a slow news day?

I sincerely hope you're right about your friend, Joe. However, it has been proven time and time again that people we think we know will often disappoint and surprise us. To be fair...I will say that it would not be completely impossible for that girl to fabricate a story to get some sort of revenge on this man or his son. I don't know either party so I should not have passed judgement. I guess time will tell...
