It is nice that Elm Crest received that award. I stayed there for a month or so because I needed therapy after an illness. I can say that some of the staff were wonderful. However I am being billed for 2 nites and I shouldn't be. I have written to them and asked they to clear up the mess. There were some things that went on that I think have been hidden really good. I am on a fixed income and cannot afford to pay for something that isn't true. If they received all this money maybe they should clean up thier bookkeeping.
