According to the West Virginia State Police registry, there are four sex offenders living at the former Honey in the Rock Motel at 2315 South Fayette Street, which is now being run as a halfway house. With so many children living there too, is lodging this many offenders in one place appropriate? Is it legal?

why cant that whole complex just be shut down as a public nusiance. we could wipe out a lot of crime in beckley by taking a bulldozer to that place and charging the owners with facilitaion of crimes.

I've heard there's a law that says offenders can't be within 2,500 feet of a place where children gather, but the motel is teeming with children since they started providing monthly rentals.
