1. There are drug addicts in the surburbs.
2. Surburbanites coming into Hartford to do thier dirty deeds and helping to increase the crime in Hartford.
This is just one story, but I am quite sure there are a LOT MORE!

We're talking about ONE guy in this article so to return your question: What do "suburbanites" as a plural have to do with this? Do ALL suburbanites go into Hartford to commit "dirty deeds" or just the ones you know?
Are you making a sweeping generalization about suburbanites? Sounds like it, because I'm sure not ALL suburbanites go to Hartford for their "dirty deeds".
