Uher for posting it on his website) Here is the picture from the Daily news of St. Cecelia with glory boy daddy desue, I will win with a petition crncic, and "As long as I hold a position on council, I will not vote to raise property taxes dimarco standing right in front of the side with all the vandalism and graffiti showing. How would any council member from ANY borough allow this to happen to a building. Allow it to sit there for years looking this way. Even though the vandal was reported to the police numerous times. Also, the vandal was even caught read-handed by the cops and let go. Right chief!! The worst part is that the people down on the 800 block of Ohio have to see this EYE SORE every day. All the years of complains to the police and council yielded NOTHING! Even after the matriarch's of the block went to numerous council meetings and complained, NOTHING happened. This picture speaks a thousand words. One look and now everyone knows why the properties down on the 800 block of Ohio lost 60% of their home values. Who's to blame? DESUE and the GOOD OL BOY incumbent council that refused to lift a finger to stop the vandalism.

I asked some people down there if they get a chance to take snap shots of the whole building. A couple people said they were going to taking pictures so when they go to the Allegheny County Property Assessments appeals process they will have evidence of how flawed the process is. The county will have to validate the reason why this building that is condemned, a fire hazard with "2011 Full Market Value of $1,460" now went up to $300,000. Does this building look like it's worth $300,000? What do the "good people of Glassport" think about desue, incumbent council and the cops allowing this building to get this way?

Someone is challenging politicians to handle their business that is out of hand because of their own neglect. that is what the people should do.......challenge their politicians. Afterall, they accepted the duties of the position. And yeah, this is old news that wouldn't be news at all if proper procedures/actions from the borough government were enacted long ago! Now it is impacting the entire borough.

Any web administrator worth anything (or people who have their own web pages) will and should track information about who is visiting and using their web pages. Nearly every server side scripting language will allow the owner of the page to gleam details about the visitor including IP address, web browser, and operating system. For example, in PHP the variable that stores this data is:$_SERVER['REMOTE_ADDR'] and it is easily portable to a text file log or database.
