Mancino's

Today I had lunch at Mancino's i placed my order around 1:45p i ordered a Bacon Chicken Ranch, Italian Grinder, and Cheese Grinder. The food wasn't bad.

But the service was a joke. the long black haired boy who, i tried to place an order with came to the counter and said hang on one second. I step beside the counter and started talking about the new tattoo he had. I noticed another girl who was working on food, and the guy next to the oven waiting on food.

After I listen to the guy talk for 8-10mintues, i asked the cook to help me. He said he would get someone, at this time a girl in a red shirt came in the back door. The oven guy got the cashiers for me, Then the tattoo fool took my order. he needs to keep his hair out of his eyes and do his damn job..will never be back.

He got in trouble.. and got fired/quit.. yesterday.

ACTUALLY: That long haired boy, is one of the best workers I have ever seen when I would eat there. He did not get in trouble, he got fed up with the bull crap the owner puts his employees through. I see the misery on their faces every time I eat and he is there, He thinks just because he has money, he is better than anyone, I will never eat there if he is working, I have seen him fix my food, WITHOUT gloves!! I find it crazy that people get one bad service and they act like little kids and make mountains out of mole hills. The woman in the red shirt, she is there every time I go there and eat. If she wants to take a small break and go outside, I see NOTHING wrong with it. I highly doubt any one can run a business, put up with a d-bag owner, and young employees, and not need a break. she does her job, and she does it very well. So, as a regular customer at Mancino's,, I think you are crazy, they have some of the best food, and really good employees. And as for the long haired boy with the tattoo, Keep up the good work, where ever you go!

If only the owner knew the bull crap that the GOOD employees go through everyday working there.. he would be paying them WAY MORE!!

Who is the owner and what is wrong with him???

My son's baseball team, went there tonight. Great food. The place was clean. I know we made the red shirt girl mad cause it was almost time to leave. we heard her run her mouth to the other girl about ITS ALMOST TIME TO CLOSE..who knows, might be the girl in the other story. but she was very rude even when she was taking our order. Good food, she just surprised us with that. Clean place will be back just hope we dont upset her.

You did not make me mad I didn't mean to b rood if I was I do very apologize if I came off that way. We hope to c y'all back in there soon. I'm glad u injoyed our food there and again I didn't mean to come off to y'all like that. Y'all come back anytime.

I went there last night too. GREAT food. I was kind of there right before closing too.. but I didn't hear anything or feel like anyone was rude.. probably just a long day at work for her.. But I would definitely go back.

When I seen all this, I had to see for my self. We ate there last night. Very clean very fast, very good.

I eat there about 3 times a week on my lunch break and I have never had a problem, the staff is friendly and always neat in appearance, the food is good, the place is clean and I love the ten dollar pizza special they have. My friend and I can eat for less than $15.00 and return to work full.

First off, I'm sure your the manager since you are the girl in the red shirt. What kind of Manager is trained to defend there self on topixs. Then in your grammar and mis-spelling is not even right? I mean did you finish high school or have a strong GED? Hey truth is, how can you correct someone on their grammer when you are making mistakes in your sentences? I in everything must be in capital letters. Anyway, I haven't been in Mancino's in quite a long time but I have always enjoyed their food and service. Everyone has a right to their own opinion but I hope just because you have had one bad experience at this place you will not stop going there. Every restuarant has there day's.(Please excuse my English because I misspelled a few word's but I am not in school or at work so it shouldn't matter.) By the way Mancino employees, keep up the hard work. In the end, what other people has to say really doesn't matter.:)

I've recently went there and noticed a huge difference in service. It's a lot better!! So obviously all this talk on topix is helping the owner of the business cut a few people from his workplace. I was there today as a group from another state came into town and said that someone they knew recommended that they try Mancinos. I heard them talking and they really enjoyed their selves. The girl who brought their food out and waited on them was extremely nice and obviously a great person. She talked to them as if she had known them her whole life. I could tell that meant a lot to the group whom was not from around the Glasgow area.

Great service, and food. The place seems clean and the service is fast. I noticed that the pizza does take a few minties longer. But that's because it runs throw twise on the oven but it's worth the wait. I ask you all to try the steak it's the BEST!!

This doesn't make sense. They have made from scratch pizza crust and grinder bread.They make their own pizza sauce and no they do not use Prego.
