IMHO The grandparents thing is for whiny ass grandparents most of the time on the person who is in the wrong.Its a shame stuff has to lead to this point..

I'll tell you who isn't a good Lawyer..That is Cheryl Berry..She doesn't do anything for you but take your money..I know this first hand and have heard other people say the very same thing. You never get her on the phone..talk to her secretary and get charged 10.00 everytime you call...Steer clear of her...Ron Hampton is good though...his lawyer got him everything!!!

I agree on Mr. Richardson. Never have had to use him for anything on a criminal problem, but on home purchasing, etc. Wonderful attorney.

I agree with you on Mrs Berry. I really don't understand why people keep going to her unless they just have money they want to get rid of.$10.00 for a 30 second phone call that she says she isn't going to discuss the issue right now and Lord help if she has to send a fax or something of that effect.

I agree. She tries to strong-arm people and threatens them with lies. I know that for a fact because I have a friend that she used scare tactics on and come to find out, it was all complete lies.
