And please white people learn to wash your hands, after you use the bathroom. Because you all do not.

Sounds like she was a bit uppity. I am glad she may be incarcerated for a long time. That'll teach her to stay in her place.

There Earth was cooler back then before Global Warming. Everyone in the Middle East was as white as Edgar Winter back then.

I blame Wal-Mart, probably had only one register open, with 20 people standing in line, and 4 employees standing around talking! But the fighting with the cops is another story, she need to spend some time in the pokie, let her cut in the chow or shower line in jail, see how her race card plays out in jail! All I can say to all of this is I had and still have a black lady attorney.
She is fabulous and under 40.
Although she and the white second chair attorney lost my trial to six white jurist, they put up one hello of a fight.

There wasn't any evidence allowed in my case other than one photo.
The two law officers' were caught lying on the witness stand.

I was still found guilty.
Yet the jury didn't have it in them to sentence me.
I wouldn't allow the judge to do it.
The judge forced them to give me a sentence.
Short and sweet. 7 days and a five hundred dollar fine.

Then while the case was in appeal I was denied a bound and forced to serve the seven days.
Before it could come back from applet court I got arrested again for the fine that wasn't due.

I like my little black attorney. She told the judge he no longer had the jurisdiction over my case.
The judge read the law she handed him. He said, you are free to go sir. Now the county has the problem.

Black attorneys' are fine. ;')

Why when it is such a high profile case do they always show for the camera?
Yet when it is a case like the Billy Ray Johnson beating of Cass county who was left to die on the ant pile they are NO SHOWS.

I am SHOCKED. 1.) Life began in Africa and they had BLACK skins. 2.) While Europeans (only later in America) whites were inventing electricity, telegraph, radio, telphones, lights, and airplanes, etc...(many more). Say a white woman is 98 with a walker, and a young gang-banger walks in? Tough luck. Gangbanger sits (his relatives began life, and might have been slaves!), old lady stands an if she keels over, tough cookies. 3.) All black kids, ESPECIALLY gangstas, should be given at least 2 "get out of jail with a wrist slap". ESPECIALLY if they hurt, killed, or robbed at white person. White peopple oppressed their ancestors. They SHOULD STILL be angry! 4.) Blacks SHOULD be allowed to play "the victim race card" at the drop of a hat, because their ancestors might have been slaves, or beaten by the KKK. 5.) QUOTA equal number systems in prisons. There should be equal numbers of whites and blacks in all our prisons and county jails. You might say that 80% of people are white, and only 20% black. Wouldn't 80/20 am ratio be more fair? Yes but what about equalizing the PAST. These people started LIFE. We wouldn't even be here if it wasn't for them. And some were slaves, what about THAT! 50/50 for every aspect of our prisons, including death rows. 50/50

Go to http://www.theheatherelliscase.com/ and listen to the interview she gave after the trial. She says she was vindicated by the trial and it proved her innocence.

If you claim American Indian Heritage, your ancestors immigrated from China/Mongolia just like mine immigrated from England. True, Indians arrived here first but you're just as native to this continent as I am.
