Attn old geezers that run the York Fair.Book this girl for the fair next year.Oh i know you cant afford her etc etc etc.You could charge 75-100 bucks a ticket and it would sell out in an hour.take that times 10,000 tickets and you do the math.Thats not including admission,parking etc.Acts like this are what you should be booking.I know if my grandfather was still around and on the board he would insist on it.He was on the board in the mid 60s to the mid 70s and we got to see some great acts for the time such as Sonny and Cher, Dean Martin etc.It would be an instant inflow of cash that you say you need.Ay least 750k and if she charges 300k for a concert you would still make a great profit.Her entire tour sold out in minutes.She may want to keep the ball rolling as they say.Get on the phone and start making calls.Just my 2 cents worth.
