What am I missing here? 25 year old man forcibly grabs 14 year old girl and takes her away, feels her up, gets in high speed chase with cops and gets probation? Where's the justice. Guy should get locked up for several years. Is the prosecutor a cho-mo?

Oh it's worse than that, he didn't feel her up he sexual assulted that little girl when I first read about it, it got me sick but nothing compared to when I read about his sentence. Sadly it's probably not the last time we will hearing about this guy...
