I had a firm appiontment for Gig Harbor Mr. TV and Appliance repair to come between 2-4pm. I told them it was a house I had just bought and was trying to get my refrigerator working before we could completely move in. I told them we were having to drive 1 hr 10 min to get there to the house to meet them. I asked to let me know as soon as possible if we needed to reschedule. I made the appiontment over a week in advance. I called the day before to verify the date and time. After driving over and waiting till 4:30pm, I tried calling to see if they were running late. I got a recording just stating the phone # with a message the mail box was full. I kept calling back and finally got hold of them. I was told they were to busy to call and that they had a comercial customer who was more important. I asked why they couldn't bother to call when they decided to bump me. I reminded them of the distance I had to drive to meet them and that I had to take off work to do it. I reminded them of my request when making the appointment to call me if there were any problems. They told me that didn't matter and after telling me to shut up, they hung up. They never even appoligized, were rude, angry and had the worse customer service I have ever seen.
