Man Accused of Killing Toddler in Court

Im sorry but what kind of idiot would actually play a game with a 3 year old child with a gun, loaded or not? How stupid can someone actaully be? This is the lamest excuse i think the idiot could have given!!

I really hope there's responsible mother nearby to take over.

But I don't think so.

Unless this is a full blown accident, and the Mom was nowhere near,,,,, this father/parent has still forfeited parenthood/freedom without his child.

This is tragic!! I don't know what people are thinking when they do such stupid stuff. Why?Why? The mother had died in another state,so the father was taking care of the child. Poor child,we know he is in heaven. As for the father: he will have to live with this for the rest of his life,"what if" will always be with him. Mentally,he will never be the same(if he was raised with morals,that is). When he goes to jail,he will have to be in seclusion,due to his heinous crime. Maybe it was an accident,but he should never been playing the game. We will never know the reason this happened.
I would like to know why "mothers" always get blamed for this-above comment

hello I'm anthony aunt, and his mother is my sister. My sister died this year in april before she was reunited with her son. My sister loved anthony and now he is with her in heaven. He was the father and We belive he loved him, but playing a game like that is not right accident or not. His sisters and brothers brought him home to be buried with his mother. Hello Geraldine. I offer my condolences. There is no "do overs" in life. He cannot take back what he has done. I don't know his heart, but God does.
But one thing he should never be allowed to be around another gun. If he truly is sorry, he won't want to look at another gun. His whole world has fell apart. May God be with the family as they deal with this tragedy.

they need to let me take care of him il teach him and he wont ever get to hurt another kid

i know there's no excuse for something like this, but this man did have a brain tumor at the time that this occurred.
