Lots in Gettysburg, SD or area?

I am hoping to build a house in the area within hopefully the next year. My aging Aunt lives nearby, and I want to spend part of the year nearby to help her. Are there any vacate city lots available and for sale in Gettysburg or nearby surrounding towns?

beware of buying any property in Potter County SD, if you get a judgment against you the Sheriff takes everything you own including personals and doesn't follow thru with criminal neglect on the breaking and entering of my property at Rivers EDge.

djp... im sure you're right it was wrong for the sheriff to take your stuff... considering YOU are the one who owed someone money and dindn't make good on some sort of contract.

and criminal neglect? are you serious... that sounds like a civil matter. as long as they didn't facilitate the breaking and entering, there is no lawful reason to arrest anyone criminally.

You have to know the whole story, lotlord(to where MY home was sitting on his properety) broke into my home and stole alot of items out of it, plus srewed all my doors shut while I was away, I reported it to sheriff then lotlord took me to court for back lotrent the lotlord and sheriff are also friends. So much for the law in Potter County SD I have talked with numerous people in Pierre about this, Yes it's against the law for anyone to burgalize anyones home, the guy should be arrested that did it, then they say it's just finding the right person to help you with this Darla, who may that be??????????
