Keep telling yourself Nema had all of those votes in their pocket all of that time but they just never did the official vote. They opted to pass on all of the revenue they could have potentially had if they voted quicker. They just kept people in suspense for the heck of it. Yeah, that makes sense. Sounds pretty stupid but hey, you can think that.
