I am glad you posted, Max. Finally, someone from Townsend, Del replies. Was beginning to think the Townsend folk were unaware of just what creeps these two were. I can only imagine..what went on in Townsend. My cousin told me that they skipped town on bills (some surprise, huh)...and gave the phone number and address of his frail mother as their contact address. Soon creditors were calling the poor woman every morning..
Letters were sent to all creditors for the Grandstaffs informing them of his location in Gettysburg. After a while , even the creditors from Gettysburg were calling his mom.
Attorneys familiar with the situation soon put a stop to all of that. It just seems that they leave one town...only to go to the next pulling their con artists routine.
Telling young women they will be left in Keith's will. I daresay some of them believed him. That is what he looks for...young and gullible. Some did a girlie calendar..and were never paid...according to my cousin.
Bet you've got lots of stories.....
At least we know Townsend is not asleep now...:)

WOW!! It keeps on going and going..maybe ya'll should give this Grandstaffing a freakin' break..afterall, they are no longer even in town. There are new owners am sure in the Millie House,they are trying to build up the reputation. You all are dragging it back down to the gutter with your continous rantings..everyone will get their bucks, am sure that is owed...OMG!

hey Colorado there are many people who didnt get their bucks back and its been years for some who got cheated , nd seeing as u didnt get burned by them id stop ur defending them and acting like oh who cares get over it , these people leave a wake of sorrow and destruction where ever they go , so we all have a right to complain and if u dont like it then stop commenting and reading the posts, and until u gets burned by him i dont wanna hear u say oh get over it again !, they will strike again as they do in ever town they live in , by u wanting us to get over it ur pretty much saying its ok for some one to run a dirty business and cheat people hard working people who didnt deserve this , so get off ur high horse

FYI...People are STILL feeling the fallout from the Grandstaffs. Reports of people screwed over..and ripped off..plus lied to...abound. Colorado chic..you simply can't even begin to comprehend the SCOPE of it all. Don't you wonder WHY people are ranting? There's a reason......understand that.
Let's hope they don't come to your town. You might thank some of us one day.

CC sounds like a grandstaff or someone close to them. As far as I am concerned as long as what is posted is true, post away. I guess the truth hurts some of us more then others.

Hey, it's in the courts now, all will hopefully get their bucks..am not a hardened person. I just can't figure why, you all keep dragging this subject up? It's over,it's done,let it rest and let the courts take care of it. Am sure these Grandstaffers are being investigated, ya just don't do what they did to everyone and get away with it,it's called FRAUD. The new ower's of the pierce house am sure are trying to get over it, having sank everything they had in savings to restore it. Ya all should be thankful, that they are gone and the Law is aware of their wrong doings. I understand you all wanting to vent, perhaps this is a healing aid for you all to chat and get it off your chest. More power to ya all, I won't comment on it any further..but I will say, that the energy you are using here is negative and it fuels the fire...

what courts they ran off and disappeared its not in court they took the money and ran thats why people are so outraged , because they r gone they ran off stripping the house as they went and the moneythat they sank into the house wasnt really theirs it was banks , states and stolen money , so please stop saying people will get there bucks , why dont u call one of the contractors that are still waiting to be paid and tell them they will get their bucks , so no people wont get there money back cause they are gone with money in hand , so please stop assuming the details , nd the new owners didnt sink everything they have in the building im sure but again u keep assuming you know the truth while u are totally wrong so either learn the facts or dont comment
