I have never read a post that hurt my heart as much as this. Here's a few things for you to remember...Jesus is my Lord and Savoir, He loves us all, no matter how you feel about him, he still loves you unconditionally. One day your time will end here on earth and you will see what I'm talking about. I hope and pray you realize what I'm saying is true before then. Your question was did Jesus deserve it? It was the plan, no he didn't deserve it, he did no wrong, I feel sorry for you and you will be in my prayers...and if you want to learn more get out a Bible and read it, pray and really try to feel God in your heart and I know you will feel something, you will see what I'm talking about.

Would you like me to point out the other obvious scientific flaws that God should have known, like the value of Pi? Jesus was not born with the true power of God, nor did he claim to be. If he had been, he would have been omniscient, and not missed the death of Lazarus. He had to be notified, and even cried upon arrival. Furthermore, you're reading into the depth of the metaphor, but your conclusion is so linear that it nearly made me sick. Jesus Christ did not deserve to be crucified. Whether you're a believer or not, the fact remains that he was a man that encouraged peace and tolerance throughout the world. He stood up and resisted a government that wanted to dictate how and where people worshipped, and was murdered/martyred for his beliefs and influence.
