The press secretary for California Attorney General Jerry Brown has been secretly recording telephone conversations with reporters, an apparent violation of state law.

I on the other hand feel the recording was correct, not a violation of state law. If whatever the interview was about
was so important, it should have been done in person. I see it
as a file in the A.G.'s office and nothing more. There's no mention
as to if the "reporter" was also taping, is there? Most do.

From Trick Dicky and his Watergate to Tricky Jerry, a California ex-governor, ex-mayor, who wants to return to Sacramento is caught conducting secret recordings. Even if it's borderline within the law, the thought of another governor engaged in clandestine activities behind the backs of those who voted for him is totally unacceptable and morally repugnant!

This is an issue of trust and character, Jerry should not even think about running for another term as governor, he is more useful to himself as a diehard career political manipulator.

Newsbreak: Jerry denies ordering spokesman to make secret recording. This is typical of a politician caught red handed, deny all allegations and make a scapegoat of the weakest link. This issue will not go away specially now that Jerry is trying to keep the scapegoat out the public's prying eyes by putting him on administrative leave.
