Ozark has operated a Civic Center for years. Is Greenville to poor or simply lacking?

I would say too poor. What Greenville could use is what is called Obama money.

LOL, I don't think Greenville needs a quick fix that will only bring greater inflation, however; I have often wondered about a Civic Center. Greenville may be to small to support the cost of cunstruction and upkeep. |
