Lakeline Mall, Cedar Park, TX CelluCenter Premium Retailer. Ron Wyont-store manager lied to us about our phone, the cost, added features and our plan. He left us alone in the store while he "had a smoke". He shared his homosexual life details. He bashed his employees and said he wanted them fired. He gave us a faulty phone 2x. He cut out the barcode on the phone's box before we left the store. He added features such as ring back, caller id city locater, and navigation without our knowledge. When we asked him to remove it he said yes and never did. He refused to let us be in contact with his boss. We waited 2.5 hours the first time. He wanted us to come back a day he needed the commission. He called us liars. He accused corporate verizon of lying and stealing their sales due to our return of his 2 faulty EnV touches. He is giving Verizon a very bad name and I am contacting better business bureau in regards to my experience with this indirect store. We were charged $205 for the EnV touch when we were up for a 2 year renewal. We then were charged $35 fee for returning the phone within the 30 day period. He closed the rebate envelope and told us just to stamp and mail...but it's been 3 weeks and we have no rebate! I am appalled at the fact that this man is still employed and Verizon allows for him to represent them.

I am a verizon customer and have been going to the Lakeline Mall location ever since Ron took over that store. He is more professional and helpful than any other Verizon manager I have experienced. Because of Ron, I decided to keep my service after nearly canceling it because of a corporate stores lack of concern and knowledge about there own company. Yes, Ron is a gay and its not too hard to figure out, it seems to me you are an intolerant bigot. I have never seen him behave in the manner you descride and wouldn't be surprised if you are one of those customers that tried to get something for nothing and are upset because he wouldn't let you take advantage of him. I have seen your kind, you find a better deal somewhere else and try to return it and cause a fuss after getting the best customer service from him, Im sure. I have recommended my family and friends to Ron and they have ALL been very pleased with the level of customer service and experience from him and his employees. Grow up young lady, and quit making up lies about people because you can't have your way.

I have had the same experience with him and I know I will never return to his store again. I am to the point where I am building a website bashing "Cellu Center" and their fraudulent business ethics. I will never visit a 3rd party again. Verizon, these guys are really hurting your business.

Not sure why someone would go out of their way to be so hateful. As a customer of this store, I can say that I have been treated with nothing but respect. If you have an issue, all you have to do is bring it to the store's attention. They will take care of it and no ugly talk is necessary. I am in a service industry and can tell you that you never hear a word when you do a good job. It is a shame that one disgruntled person can become such a loose cannon. Passive agressive customers who engage you in conversation and then go behind your back with exageration and negative talk won't be happy anywhere. Keep you chin up and worry about the 99% who are worth keeping.

Wow - my son had the same experience working with Ron (store manager). He was told if he got the phone "that evening" and decided later he did not want it, there would be no fees to return it. That was not true as he was charged "restocking fee" and activation fee. According to my son, Ron also told him to sign my (his father's) name to the agreements!

This is totally unbelievable. When I called to talk with Ron, he hung up on me!
