I just realized this 16 year old was autistic. This is why Autistic children and children with disabilities should not be in the classroom to learn as other students. It is not fair to the child with a disabiity to try to keep up with regular classes that could be overwhelming and these kids get made fun of and ridiculed. They need a Special Education teacher as we do have to teach these children. I think it is time we rethink what we are doing to the children. A teacher is not educated or trained in special education as a special education teacher is not trained in biology or whatever subject. There is a safe place where they feel accepted and do fit in. I have an autistic nephew and we all helped him to read, and learn.. and today he has a job in our community working at a college in the kitchen.
Amazing stories for children who do have a place in this world. Parents need to stop trying to put a special child in an environment that is hard for them to cope with. CHANGE THIS AMERICA... How many more incidents need to happen... take care of all our children.. they are very special and unique. Bring them the best teaching for them and their situation as an individual. This world is tough enough.. don't make it tougher for those who are handicapped.

Many autistic are superior in intelligence and would not lag behind. They may have deficiencies in social skills which may have predicated this child's outburst.

Daily Horoscope for December 26

Capricorn

Mercury retrograde in your sign will cause some friction between you and other people during coming weeks. Matters that have been bubbling away in the background will come to the boil, forcing you to do something about them. Try not to overreact, nor to create a crisis out of something that's really very minor. You should also keep a strong sense of fair play and pay attention to every little detail.
