The Lowell Humane Society has made leaps and bounds in customer service, care for its animals, and general image in the past few years. I would encourage anyone to adopt an animal from the shelter as I have with my cat. The staff is very friendly and extremely accommodating. Their knowledge and preparation they provide for adopting your animal make it wonderful first step to bringing a pet in to your home.
