They are opening one in Cynthiana also. I hear they really made some local elected officials upset by complaining about the process. Way to get off on the right foot.

They are the Winkles, live here in Georgetown. You can know people before a store opens, I go back many years with them.
This statement is correct, you can know people before a store opens. However, it is very very clear this person doesnt know either of us at all and is just trying to make others think he does or feel important

I talked to a magistrate about them, he said they are whiners.
"Tina/Jody", I extend an offer to you and at a time that best fits your schedule, we can attend a meeting and I am more then positive your statement would be proven very wrong. Just let me know when you would like to back up your comment.

Only in Georgetown can an exciting new business garner "haters" before they even open there door. How can people not want a new coffee shop/cafe that will be open normal hours. I do not understand the mentality. I can't wait for coffee and good ice cream! Please open soon!

Give it a year and it will close? It has not even opened! They have been remodeling it since the beginning of the year and it is still not finished, which is hilarious because the owners of the Mexican restaurant had to repair their building from the fire that the Chinese place caused, and they still remodeled it nicely and much faster than these idiots. Rumor has it that the owners of "The Grind" were trying to open up a similar coffee store in Paris for almost a year kept making promises for a grand opening but it never happened. I doubt that the Georgetown coffee store will ever open either. But I do agree with the previous statement, after Kroger leaves most buisnesses in that shopping center will fail, especially "The Grind".

Been waiting and waiting for them to open. I tried to ask when on their facebook page along with other questions but they never responded. Answered everyone else but wouldn't respond to me. Why?

Because they ran out of money and don't know when they can open, but the owner will not admit that on an open forum!!

When Kroger leaves Washington Square will lose alot it will become like Indian Acres no traffic. Unless Meijers moves into that old Kroger building. Ten that will push Save alot and Kroger out since Meijers and Walmart will out sell the others.

Daily Horoscope for May 25

Aquarius

You're very feisty and energetic and there's a lot you want to achieve. You'll get rather impatient if anyone stands in your way. A close emotional relationship will either be sexy and exciting beyond belief, or bad-tempered and tetchy. If you're in a grumpy mood, try to work out why - and what would improve matters. One thing that's bound to help is physical exercise, because it will burn off any excess nervous energy.
