David Camm murder book deal

I hope that Henderson is kicked off this case and when the special prosecutor is brought into the case that he/she will see this case for what it is a railroad job against an innocent man and drop all the charges....I feel that Henderson should be stripped of his law license since this case was still under appeal when he decided to sign a contract on the book deal....Maybe if he looses his career he can become a full time author..

Kimmer must be one of the Lockharts on here spouting off about how their murdering relative should be set free to preserve your "good" name. David Camm either did this by himself or with the help of Charles Boney. Blood splatters put him at the scene during the shooting. I wish they could find the murder weapon so David Camm could get the sentence he deserves. Maybe someone should check the backyards of some of his family members.

Is the fact that he could consider such a deal more ammunition for critics of the US justice system? I think that many informed British people now wish to see the extradition treaties with the USA urgently reviewed and cases like those of Mr Camm make defending it very difficult. USAmericans like to think that the US judicial system is the best in the world.(I wish it was too). Looked at dispassionately and objectively, is it?

There is evidence to suggest that as many as one in twenty cases (or even more) held in courts like those that convicted Mr David Camm produce highly questionable verdicts, by modern international standards.

Can anyone suggest a more likely miscarriage of justice than that of Mr Camm? If not, it would seem to follow that the miscarriages look more convincing than the case against Mr Camm.

Mr Henderson’s book would be useless without the contrary views. This is illustrated by the books Fatal Vision and Fatal Justice.

Mr Henderson has decided to try Mr Camm for a third time using the same ‘evidence’. The difference this time is that Mr Camm is practically indigent.

I notice 48 hours assumed that they were shot within 60 seconds of each other and that the children did not leave the car. There were so many assumptions in this case.

I am not a family member of David Camm, I do not know David Camm or his family...In the beginning of this case I thought he was guilty but when Charles Boney came into the mix, I started looking at the evidence of this case, and at that point it became obvoious that Floyd County in a rush to judgement arrested the wrong man, and then did Character Assasination in order to make sure they received a conviction....The fact that both of the 1st two trials have been overturned by the ISC shows that David had 2 unfair trials, and the fact that Henderson stated the other day in his press conference that without being able to use hearsay, molestation (that he has no evidence of) that he was not sure he could get a conviction...That came straight out of the prosecutors mouth....Now when it is publicly stated that if we only go on true evidence and not character assisnation I don't know if I can get a conviction, that tells the whole story....I spent 2 years looking at this case before I shared my views....That is more time than I can say others that just want to get on here and claim he is guilty because of what they have heard on the news...

So I guess you think it is OK for a prosecutor who has a case under appeal to pen a book contract....Talk about blood money, I hope he has another bar complaint, It won't be his first...Have you even taken the time to look into some of these people that are prosecuting this case and getting on the stand as experts that are not even experienced in there fields....

The 2nd trial we got Boney, thanks to the defense, I hope this time we get a hard nose Judge that will not even allow all of the crap that the last 2 have let in....What I want is a FAIR trial, if David is given that and found guilty, then there you have it, but as of now it has been 9+ years and he has never had the first FAIR trial because the evidence is not there...

My opinion on the murder weapon is that had the ISP done the DNA match on the sweatshirt from the very beginning of this case and found Boney and went to his home, They would have had the murder weapon..The fact that Boneys girlfriend says she saw the gun that night after the muders clearly shows where it was at...Not to mention that her blood was mixed with Kims on the sweatshirt shows in my opinion that she was also at the scence of the crime...Do you honestly think that with David's family all living on that street that the ISP did not check around those homes, If you really think that then you are saying yourself that the police did not do a proper investigation HUH!!!!.....Again I am just an average citizen that does not live in Floyd County (thank god), But I have learned this case forward and backward...And had David been there when Boney slaughtered his family he would have had a hell of alot more than 8 tiny spots of blood on his shirt...

Stan Faith, Henderson. Come on people just admit it. You would not be satisfied with ANY prosecutor that says Camm is guilty and fights to keep him in jail.

WFH---I could care less what you or anyone else on this board thinks or feels about me, But I guess you think it is OK to have a sitting prosecutor write a book about an active case that is still under appeal and to sell that book while the case is still active? I highly doubt that the bar assosiaction will look at it the same, so it is good that Henderson has some fans out there when he loses his license, maybe he can come stay with you.

It makes no difference who the prosecutor doing the case is, and I have stated numerous time that if David was given a FAIR trial and found guilty then so be it, but to date he has never been given a FAIR trial or a conviction that can stick, so he is still to be given the presumption of Innocent's unless of course you don't beleive the the rules of law, and little thigs like reasonable doubt that would explain why having an innocent man in prision for almost 10 years does not bother you, but it bothers the hell out of me...

Dollars to donuts Boney testifies against him and a lot of new evidence comes out in trial # 3 that you can cry and complain about being unfair. 3 people lost their life because of this freak.

Truth Is, If you would look at the thread title you would see that this is about the Book that Henderson has written and had a contact for...And if you only think that this crime only affected Kim, Brad & Jill then that shows how small minded you really are...This has affected many people, And as I have stated many time before if David is given a Fair trial and found guilty then I will accept the jurys verdict, But up to now that has not happened, I hope if you ever find yourself in any trouble with the law that you will be given the presumption of innocents...And if you ever sit in front of a jury that they will also look to see if there is any reasonable doubt before they would send you to prision for the rest of your life...

I think he's telling the truth as he sees it - certainly not what I, and many others, believe to be the truth.

It is hard to believe that intelligent, rational people can not grasp the truth. I wish someone with the time and resources would research all the unsolved crimes in the Kentuckiana area between 2000 and 2005 to see which ones match Boney's M.O. I bet we would be surprised at how many rapes, robberies, home invasions he probably got away with. Why did he kill? Because something went wrong with the attempted rape/robbery/home invasion/child molestation(?). I hope all the morons involved with the prosecution lose their jobs over this. After the special prosecutor is given the case and he decides not dismiss, let the civil proceeding begin. It will be interesting to see the shoe on the other foot.

If he does write a book, just don't buy it. This is America. If he wants to write a book, he has the right to write, so speak.

I for one can see reasonable doubt in all the issues put forth to convict David.

If prosecutors and judges would follow the LAW, we would'nt have to waste money on second and third trials. They go to Court bent on theories and gossip but they do not present any solid evidence. They trample on and use the Constitution indiscriminately throwing nothing but unsupported accusations in lieu of presenting evidence and apply the Law.!

These peoples play games. They're out to win reelection. Politics is their driving force their ultimate motive, as administering justice is only secondary.

We need to educate our peoples who provide the Courts with juries. The knowledge of the Bill of Rights is paramount.

From the very beginning this Camm case has been based on opinions and misrepresentations. Before going to trial the authorities should REVIEW their entire case and make sure of facts, nothing but facts not feelings. If the evidence against him is overwhelming let's hear it. If there is a reasonable doubt let's also hear it. We need to sweep the judicial system everywhere in this country.

I do think Charles Boney is guilty as hell, but I don't believe he was in it alone.
