Comets return speed, experience - and the will to win

I could not agree with the article more!They lost to the state champ 42-34 and they had 1 turnover to none for Kettering Alter(possibly the difference).Genoa only punted once,compared to twice for Kettering.Genoa ended the first half on Kettering's goal line without punching it in.The game,honestly could have gone either way.Kettering ended up crushing Stuebenville for the championship.Stuebenville scored in the final 3or4 minutes of the game.If I remember correctly,their only score was a defensive score.I honestly think Genoa should have finished 2nd in the state, simply because Genoa was originally supposed to play Stuebenville in the semi's.OHSSA reserved the right to rebracket in the semi's and they excercised that right.That is why Genoa ended up playing Kettering Alter in the semi's instead of the championship game.

I had a Comet once. I sure do miss it now. But I got a Yugo so I'm better now..
